SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

 

 

You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time.

Returns are acceptable if:

 

 • The product is defective or damaged.

Having a receipt is a requirement.

If the item is returned, it will be fixed or exchanged for a new but the same item.

Customer could return products within 30 days, considering that we do not cover the cost of returning.

All items offered for sale through the Site are subject to availability and we reserve the right to change quantity limits on an order or reject all or any part of the order. Also, we have the right to discontinue offering items without prior notice, even if you have already placed an order.

Customer is knowledgeable that exposure to water or heat can cause leather to deteriorate, tear and/or break apart.

Do not use excessive force while putting on bracelet.

As with any jewelry, tarnishing and fading occurs but with proper care you can prolong the color of your bracelet.

 

Returns are acceptable if:

We do not cover the cost of returning and we do not offer refunds.

Items are under 30-days warranty.  This only covers manufacturing errors.

 

 • Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible and to eliminate errors on the Site. However, we do not warrant that the prices and product descriptions or Site information is accurate, complete or error-free.
